Yes, we offer custom logos, with two different formats to choose from.
Each logo has a one-time setup fee of $35, and covers your logo for future orders, as long as you don’t have any changes. One-color silk screen logos cost $10 per print. Digital logos range from $15-$25 per print.
Since every order is custom and made specifically for you, the average lead time is 3-4 weeks, but can be as long as the 8-week range, depending upon the time of year.
We supply bungees for every bunker in your order. We do not supply stakes or weights, as every use is different.
If you are using your bunkers outdoors, plastic stakes purchased online or at any large retailer work well. If using indoors, you can use anything you’d like to weigh the bunkers down, or you can create your own weights using PVC pipes and sand.
Yes, our bunkers are made to withstand multiple uses. They can be used for airsoft, nerf, foam-tipped archery, and laser tag. The material used is reinforced vinyl, so the beams from laser tag guns will not penetrate through the bunkers.
We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty on issues that may arise due to the manufacturing process. This would include the welds and seams, connection points, and valves.
Every inflatable bunker is aired up and left full of air for 24 hours to test for quality assurance.
Our warranty covers any issues that may arise due to the manufacturing process, when bunkers are properly cared for.
Proper care of bunkers includes, but is not limited to:
Warranty may be void if obvious misuse and care of bunkers is present. Warranty also does not cover issues such as punctures, scrapes from dragging, etc. Bunkers may still have the option to be repaired at customer cost, if a repair kit will not do the job.
Dependent upon time frame and severity of issues, AirUps will use their discretion to determine the level of warranty coverage.
If you have an issue that you think we cover, we request that you document the issue with high quality photos and email them to sales@airups.com. Photos should be clear, show problem area, i.e. a seam is coming loose. A picture of a deflated bunker doesn't help us to diagnose the problem.
A simple way to find problem areas if you think you have a leak is to fully inflate the bunker (tight pressure), and listen. Often if there is a pinhole, when the air is tight, you can hear where it is leaking from. Spray the bunker with a mixture of soapy water. If there is a hole, you will see bubbles forming and expanding over the area. Take pictures of these!
After you have emailed your photos, we will decide what the next step will be. In almost all cases we will still request that you send the bunker back to us, since most issues are completely fixable. A physical inspection will also give a final determination if the bunker meets warranty requirements.
The material and welds used to produce the bunkers are incredibly sturdy. Check out the videos of our products being used to lift vehicles and more on the videos page.
Our bunkers are made out of 19 oz. reinforced polyester vinyl.
We recommned using a combo of automotive soap and water. You want to stay away from dish and hand soap, as it will dry out the vinyl and cause it to crack, which will inevitably void the manufacture warranty.
In our shop we use a 6 gal. 3.5-Peak HP Wet Dry Vac made by Rigid. You can use any type of vacuum that has intake and output capabilities. The nozzles on the bunkers are about 1 and 7/8 inch in diameter, thus allowing for most hoses to fit inside. If you do not have access to electricity, a leaf blower will work as well, it will just take a little longer.

You need to have at least 10' to 15' in water depth for the person being launched to land into. If you can safely do that with a 25' Water Launch that is your best bet. If you are anchoring it from the shore and the deeper water is farther out, you would need to get the 30' or 35' Water Launch.
Fill the water launch pretty full of air, next have someone crawl out to the end and sit like they will be launched, next release air until they are sitting about 4-6 inches above the water. You're good to go after that!
You need to move air quickly, rather than build pressure. For this reason, you can use a leaf blower, if you don't have power, or a shop-vac, if you do have electricty. Anything that will move air quickly, will do the job.
"I have been working with Airups for 3 seasons now, they have always provided us with the best quality products. These bunkers have lasted forever, I’m still using a 2 year old field that is in pristine conditions under sun, dust and rain. They have the best customer service and attention to detail. They can customize any field to your needs.
Having to use a field every event that looks new is a priority that I can only achieve with Airups.
I’m proud to have them as a sponsor of the MXL."
